Rogue Shinigami RP

Low on Shinigami, the Gotei 13 ((NPCs for now, anyone can control them)) has assigned a group of shinigami (not necessarily divisions) to help defeat the Hollows and to respond to various other problems in the human world and Soul Society.

((Basically, I was thinking of hosting a Gotei 13 roleplay, but I was worried that we would be too short on characters to actually make it happen))

Rules:
1. No godmodding/powerplaying please.
2. Keep in mind this is a PG-13 site. That means none of that mating and don't be too descriptive on blood and gore.
3. Keep in mind you have to follow a certain training regime to get shikai + bankai. You don't get those right away. Especially not bankai.

Personality: She worries. A lot. Especially to her friends. She is kind, caring, perhaps a little too kind and caring to the point where she is a bit gullible.

It seems to have no special qualities.
Shikai: (Picture presented on the Appearance section)
The sword curves and shortens, making it into a scythe. Although some may argue that this is no different to the unsealed state, she is amazingly good at decapitation with the scythe. ((Or is it too much, haha))
Bankai: Calling out her bankai, it reveals a mist dragon. Slowly, slowly, ((until three posts)) it turns the battlefield into a huge misted arena in which visibility is at its minimum. Only Angeline could (barely) see.
